Nikka – Pure Malt Black (Blended Japanese Malt Whisky)
This blend of single malts contains a high percentage of peated malt produced by the Yoichi distillery on the island of Hokkaido. This Nikka whisky with its stong character combines the Red’s fruity softness and the White;s peated notes.
Strong and spicy, with ripe fruit and licorice, but gradually revels the sharpness and peat

Balvinie 14 YR – Caribbean Cask
Matured in traditional oak whisky casks for a minimum of 14 years and then finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum.
Rich, sweet and creamy toffee on the nose; with a well rounded vanilla and sweet oak notes that develop a fruity character with time.
Knob Creek – Burbon Whiskey
Named after the childhood home of Abraham Lincoln, Knob Creek is bottled at an honest 100 proof, and aged for 9 years in charred American white oak barrels, which lends this bourbon its maple-sugar aroma, distinct sweetness and rich full bodied flavour.
Rich, sweet, woody, full bodies, and almost fruity.
Kavalan Solist – ex-Bourbon Single Cask Strenght
Kavalan Solist ex-Bourbon is delightfully complex, multi-dimensional single malt whisky, with vanilla, fruits and coconut highlights. Matured in hand selected fresh American ex-Bourbon casks, the whisky is available at cask strength and non chill-filtered hence it retains a fuller flavour of a natural single malt whisky.
Well balanced natural sweetness
Singleton of Dufftown – 12 YR
Founded in 1896 and still drawing its pure water from the same spring. The unique bottle shape is inspired by a traditional hip flask, while the colour of the glass is redolent of blue flint glass used at the turn of the previous centuray.
Approachable and rich. Toasted hazelnut, then rich fruits.
Tullibardine 225 – Sauternes Finish
Recently Tullibardine began a new chapter in its history as in November 2011 the distillery was purchased by an indipendednt company already involved in the whisky industry. There is no doubt that the future of Tullibardine is in safe hands. Tullibardine is a lovely sweet, elegant and complex malt whisky. Finished off for a year in a 225 liter Sauternes dessert wine cask from Chateau Suduiraut, this is an exotically sweet introduction to the new Tullibardine range of finished whiskies

Glenrothes – 1995
The vintage 1995 was the first ever specifically laid in cask with the intention of, when mature, bottling as The Glenrothes. With about 30% from first fill American Sherry oak delivering butterscotch: Spice and dried fruits from the first refill casks giving the characteristic Glenrothes balance and complexity of flavour. Arguably it is preferable post-dinner when conversation is in full flow
Clear and bright with medium gold colour, it presents a floral, butterscotch and citrus note with a hint of spicy white pepper and cedar-wood syrup on the nose. A beautiful taste of rich, sweet, soft fruit flavours, leading to a rich spiciness. Finished with sugared citrus peel soft fruits, medium dry with abundant spices

Nikka – From the Barrel (Blended Japanese Whiskey)
This strong Japanese blend aged in burbon barrels and finished in a further 6 months in Sherry casks comes from the blend of two Nikka single malts – Miyagiko and Yoichi – and a single grain whisky. Nikka From the Barrel was chosen as the best Japanese blended whisky under 21 years old at the World Whiskies Awards 2007 & 2010
Bruichladdich – Classic Laddie
Made from 100% Scottish Barley, trickle distilled, then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak, it’s a testament to the quality of our ingredients. Unpeated in the house style, it is their signature bottling and definitively Bruichladdich
Bunnahabhain – Single Malt 12 yr
The Bunnahabhain range was relaunched as “un-chillfiltered”. The result is a richer, fuller whisy with more depth of character and complexity. Bunnahabhain is distinct from other Islay single malts because of its gentle taste profile. It is created using unpeated malted barley and spring water tat flows underground from the peaty moorlands
Highland Park – 12 year
Highland Park is made today with the same enduring belief and integrity, to the same exat standards, as it was back in 1798. The established attitude at Highland Park is one of custodianship rather than management, of tradition rather than novelty. It has been named “The Best Spitit in the World” three times, and voted “World’s Best Single Mat’ at the World Whiskies Awards in 2009 for Highland Park 21 years old

An excellent, and decent sweetness &, richness. Streaks of smoke, apple peels, bruised pears. Palate: Smooth, rounded, gentle sweetness, soft peat. A little smoke whispers lingers on the nose while a long, dry smoke, malty touch of peat hits the pallet
